For manufacturers with a low volume of boundary-scan test re-use, this new cost-effective configuration integrates a ScanWorks Manufacturing Station running on a PC with an Agilent 3070 UNIX controller via an Ethernet connection.

This product is the only available test re-use solution for dual-controller Agilent 3070 systems. It internally integrates ScanWorks software into the 3070’s PC controller while offering another mode of operation for the 3070’s UNIX controller.

The industry’s only completely seamless JTAG solution for the Agilent 3070, this configuration is ideal for high-volume manufacturing applications. This solution, sold exclusively by Agilent, integrates ScanWorks’ software tools and ASSET’s high-throughput PCI-400 JTAG interface with four test access ports (TAPs) into the 3070.
