The Processor-Controlled Test (PCT) 4032 supports the AMCC PowerPC™ 4xx embedded processor families. The following processors are currently supported, although new releases from AMCC may also be supported (please contact us if in doubt):

  • PowerPC™ 405 family
    • NPe405H/L, 405CR, 405EP, 405EZ, 405GP/GPr
  • PowerPC™ 440 family
    • 440EP, 440EPx, 440GP, 440GR, 440GRx, 440GX, 440SP, 440SPe
