Processors Supported by Processor-Controlled Test 4050

All Intel® XScale™ microarchitecture processors, including the following:

• Intel® 80200/80200T Processors for embedded applications.
• Intel® PCA processors (PXA2xx Applications Processors for handheld multimedia devices).
• Intel® IXP Network Processors (IXP2xxx, IXP12xx, IXP425, IXP225, IXP220).
• Intel® IOP I/O Processors based on XScale® cores (IOP310, IOP315, IOP321, IOP331).
• Intel® IXC1100 Control Plane Processor.

Test Access

The ultra-low power requirements and low thermal output of processors using the Intel® XScale™ microarchitecture make them ideal for network applications and for mobile devices such as PDA's. Test access on these small, high-density boards is no problem with our Solutions.
