Components and operation of the Processor-Controlled Test 3020

Please see PCT In Depth - Hardware Components for a general description of the PCT stand-alone and fixtured solutions. The model numbers below refer to stand-alone units. The I/O Emulation Unit is an optional item that can be used with all PCT models.

Processors Supported by Processor-Controlled Test 3020

All Intel® Pentium® II and Pentium II Xeon® processors.
All Intel® Pentium® III, Pentium® III Xeon® and Pentium® III-M processors.

All variants of the Intel® Celeron™ processor.
Intel® Pentium® Pro™ processor.

This includes all package types: Slot 1, PPGA370/FC-PGA370, MMC-1, MMC-2, µPGA2, Micro-FCPGA and BGA.

Test Access

Test access is via the Intel specified 30-pin debug port. An interposer will be required when no on-board debug port or test points are provided.
