Processors Supported by Processor-Controlled Test 3010

All Intel® Pentium® processors (including 296-pin PPGA, MMO, and BGA).

Test Access

Test access is via the Intel specified 20-pin debug port. An interposer will be required when no on-board debug port or test points are provided.
