3-Day Boundary-Scan/JTAG Basics and ScanWorks® Test Development Workshop

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

Do you want to learn how to use ScanWorks®, grasp the flow and learn the basic capabilities to test a board with boundary-scan devices?

We've got the class for you! ASSET InterTech offers a three-day class that includes hands-on training using ASSET hardware and software.

Class days are a combination of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training using actual hardware to provide you with an overview of ScanWorks features and logical test flows, as well as detailed operating procedures for the individual ScanWorks tools.

The class will be taught by one of our ASSET third-party consultants. ASSET instructors, as well as ASSET personnel, are under confidentiality agreements, should this be a concern.

This workshop is tailored for design engineers, test engineers, and managers who plan to use IEEE Std. 1149.1-1990 boundary-scan test methodology and ScanWorks. An understanding of scan-based test techniques is helpful, but not required.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN?

• Provide you an understanding of the test development flow of ScanWorks
• Test your knowledge with hands-on experience using a training board and well-developed exercises
