Interactive Debugging

The Interactive JTAG Debugger tool, which is a standard part of the ScanWorks Diagnostic & Repair Station, gives technicians or engineers full control of the boundary-scan test and troubleshooting process. With the Interactive JTAG Debugger the technician decides when scan vectors are applied to the unit under test and when test data is scanned into the circuit board. The operator can also observe data as it is scanned out of the scan path, giving the technician the opportunity to fully analyze circuit board test results.
